What does the Diagnostic Systems Readiness Analyst do?
The Diagnostic Systems Readiness Analyst will be responsible for coordinating with automotive vehicle program teams to document details of future vehicle programs and ensure adequate diagnostic tool support is developed for engineering, manufacturing, and service customers. The Diagnostic Systems Readiness Analyst will analyze the work required to develop support for new technology and updates to existing vehicle systems. They will coordinate with other department resources to transfer comprehensive technical knowledge of future products and future technology advancements.
What you will be doing:
The Diagnostic Systems Readiness Analyst will provide status reports to an automotive OEM’s US Technical Service Operations management for high profile new products. They will coordinate with internal Global Service Diagnostics (GSD) department colleagues to ensure clear timing for milestones is established and met. They will provide support to other teams within GSD to ensure resources are available to complete departmental deliverables on time.
The Service Diagnostics Analyst will communicate with customers to document, analyze and report quality concerns and ensure that the correct teams have adequate information to root cause and resolve complex issues. As a follow up to any issues, manual testing of the diagnostic system will be performed to verify concerns and gather additional information
