We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator: Automotive Systems to support the readiness of diagnostic tools and systems used across Aftermarket and Fleet operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT Project Management or Engineering Project Management who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with OEM diagnostic support teams, regional stakeholders, and engineering groups to ensure timely, accurate information sharing and successful project execution. Your work will directly impact the quality, functionality, and deployment of diagnostic solutions for current and future vehicle technologies.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and coordinate activities related to Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) cost tracking, including submission management, approvals, and follow-ups
Maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and summary reports; provide regular updates to finance and leadership teams
Facilitate recurring project review meetings, document key outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, regional operations, and technical support) to track project status and ensure program readiness
Gather and organize project-related data from internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, PLM tools) and stakeholder meetings
Drive communication and awareness of upcoming vehicle programs, system changes, and new technologies
Lead recurring stakeholder meetings focused on new program readiness and impact assessment
Support leadership with process improvement, alignment initiatives, and operational efficiencies
What Makes You Qualified:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or program support (IT, engineering, or technical environments preferred)
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive projects forward
What Makes You an All-Star:
Exposure to automotive systems, vehicle diagnostics, or embedded systems
Familiarity with technical environments involving hardware/software integration
Experience working with global or cross-regional teams
Understanding of technical data, system documentation, or engineering workflows
Background in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies

A set work schedule will be provided, but some flexibility is required as hours may vary due to need
Attending training on non-scheduled hours may be required periodically with advanced notice
Physical demands: Non-strenuous with low risk; primarily sedentary with some walking, standing, and carrying of light objects; Adequately lighted, ventilated and climate-controlled area where normal precautions must be observed
Work environment: Work is generally performed within a normal office environment using standard office equipment; Moderate noise typical of a business office; Travel for company business may be required to attend off-site meetings, etc; May require early morning, night and weekend work assignments; Interaction with contracted providers, staff and vendors by phone and face-to-face will be constant and may be disruptive: Work may be stressful at times.
